Brine freezing is an excellent method for deep freezing. Since rapid freezing allows a very high heat transfer coefficient, it provides an excellent texture to the final product. Compared with other traditional methods (blast freezing, plate freezing), it can significantly reduce the energy required for freezing products, which brings high cost performance for users in terms of early equipment investment and production cost.

In this process, both pallet products and monomer products can be frozen. The product is then drained before entering a hardened tunnel for deep/complete freezing.
