The conveyor belt of the tunnel steaming and roasting unit delivers the product to a steaming and roasting area consisting of two separate areas. The principle is based on a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow, ensuring optimal flexibility for a wide range of applications. A precision air circulation system with air deflectors optimizes heat distribution. The machine comes standard with a dual dew point control system to optimize product yield and product characteristics. The processing temperature can be adjusted up to 240℃. For high-temperature applications and sticky products, the conveyor can be immersed in a lecithin bath.
