1. Check before startup

Before starting work, it is necessary to inspect the parts of the machine, check the moving parts of the parts, and add refrigeration oil to the reducer. The oil should be heated for more than 60 minutes before the refrigeration compressor starts working.

2. Operation after startup

After starting work, pay attention to the operation between the various parts of the machine. If any abnormalities are found, shut down for repair. When starting the compressor, be sure to uninstall it first and then start it. If you cannot hear two different sounds after pressing the compressor button, the compressor is normal. If only one sound is heard, immediately shut down the compressor and seek repair from relevant technical personnel.

3. Special circumstances

In case of an emergency, the "emergency stop" button can be pressed to prevent tray jamming. The conveyor chain must be checked, adjusted, and maintained regularly. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting. During defrosting, the water should be turned off. During operation, it is not allowed to stop the machine without reason, and the button should be turned to the "0" position to start slowly.
